Rear Ladder for Mercedes Sprinter Vans

Having a rear ladder is cool but it is also pretty handy.  Oftentimes one can get their load secured by utilizing the combo of the side and Sprinter Van Rear Ladder limiting the risk of climbing on top of the van.

Design

There are lots of options out there when it comes to rear ladders for your Sprinter. We designed this ladder to stand out a bit.  There are a lot of shops that can cut and cope round tubes and weld them on.  We have created custom formed ladder rungs that not only look cool but also allow for one to attach some of their overlanding necessities.  The Avatar rear ladder attaches to the factory 180 hinges if your van came with the 270 hinges they will need to be swapped out. We would hope you will still choose one of our custom roof racks for your sprinter but our rear ladder does not require it.

Construction

The Avatar Offroad Sprinter Rear Ladder is constructed of 6063 aluminum tubing and hand fabricated in our Salt Lake City facility. We use aluminum to keep the weight down and eliminate the chance of rust. We fabricate custom ladder rungs to give the ladder a more distinct look and a better feel.  The flat rungs are easier to grab onto and feel better on your feet.  We finish with a black powder coat that looks good with any Sprinter color. All mounting hardware is included.

• 2007-2018 High Roof Mercedes Benz Sprinter Vans requires extra “pivot mount”
• 2019 + High roof Mercedes Sprinter vans requires 180 hinges
