Great product and service

Absolutely love this product! It’s a perfect fit on my Nissan NV3500 and customer service was outstanding!

Exceptional value, construction and service.

We were fortunate to discover their products at Tourig (Golden, CO) and Moxie Van Co (Chattanooga, TN). After much consideration I purchased Avatar's 144, 2"-drop Rockbody Side Steps. They function and look fantastic. Solid, no bounce entry/exit.

The decision was finalized after 2 events; 1) Avatar Offroad was willing to modify their side steps for what considered to be 2 important features and 2) there was no additional charge for the modifications.

In regards to the modifications, Avatar removed their signature taper towards the front of the van and maintained the same 6" width of the step from front-to-back. Additionally, they reduced the full-length of the driver-side steps to 3/4 to allow room for a side ladder if I chose to add one in the future.

Avatar also installed the side steps quickly with quality at their headquarters.

In summary, I can enthusiastically recommend these side steps and this small company that cares to anyone considering their products.

BEST STEPS/SLIDERS OUT THERE

I had these put on my Sprinter Revel and I am 110% satisfied. I am no hater and I have a few Owl Products, but these are far superior to any other sidestep I have seen, owl included. They do not flex or bend with weight like other sidesteps I have looked at, they look great on the van (not overkill, don't stick out too far), are very functional--great with the kids/dogs, and they protect the van like a typical rail slider off-road. Excellent quality. I can't go camping without someone asking about these. Take whatever step you have on your van off, and put these on. Zero Regrets--worth every penny and deserves every star.
