The industry's general rule of thumb is around 200-250lbs dependent on the vehicle and hinge type. 180º hinges are significantly stronger, and we highly recommend switching if you currently have 270º. We often have hinges in stock if you're interested. We also have a youtube video explaining the difference.

For large item orders, there is a significant upcharge for residential delivery. Shipping to a business address with a forklift is significantly cheaper and also gives the opportunity to reject a product damaged in shipment with no liability to you. We are more than happy to help you locate an appropriate address near you!

Orange is certainly our brand and we love it! However, if it clashes with the aesthetic of your vehicle we have some options for the exterior of the boxes. For the orange hinges, there is an option to swap to black. For the orange badge, we have a variety of colors (silver, blue, white, yellow). The orange accents within the boxes are much more difficult to change.
