The Deka is a perfect add on when more storage space is needed beyond your current capacity. Designed to be placed above a Mega, Niko, or Kilo box, you can quickly add 4.5cuft (127L) of dedicated dry space.

“Double Deka”

Width and height are perfectly tailored to the van passenger rear doors. At 28″ wide, it uses the entire width of the door. At 20″ tall, you can place one above and one below the door handle, allowing easy door access. Did we mention that this box is a 2 in 1 deal? That’s right! With 2 integrated configurations, the Deka is capable of opening up or down! You now have the capacity of our best selling Mega Box and the connivence of two independent weather tight boxes. The flip-down lower door can provide a dedicated space for your cook stove, filling a backpack, and transferring items into and out of the boxes. Sleek and Spacious

I've been searching for years for a box big enough for wheelchair wheels and discovered this! I have the massive storage system and Mega storage box--truly amazing products. I replaced my owl box and sherpa with these--the craftsmanship, utility of the product, and weight capacity are a night-and-day step up. Mega Box is sweet!

I recently purchased the Massif system, Mega box and spare tire carrier for my 2017 Sprinter and plan to pickup the Ski 4 Box for the other side shortly. After exhaustive research among the competitors (including Owl) I concluded that the Avatar product line by Wes and his son Colton offered the best quality, widest choice of sizes and use-cases, and coolest cosmetic touches! Even a hint of flashy orange as a nod to Colton's OSU alma mater (I suspect). I even visited Avatar's facility in Salt Lake Fall 2024 to meet personally with the shop staff and see the production process first-hand. The Avatar folks are flexible and continuously innovating, plus they are family-owned and operated. Everything is personal for them and they are involved in every detail! Highly recommended and supported.
