At Avatar Offroad, we aim to deliver your gear promptly and efficiently. Please review our updated shipping policies below:

Domestic Shipping (USA):

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We ship via USPS and FedEx, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Freight/LTL Shipping:

Some larger or heavier items MUST SHIP LTL TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS or a shipping terminal. We are happy to assist in finding the nearest terminal or business address for you. Contact us, and we’ll help you locate the most convenient option, which could save you significant shipping costs.

Local Pickup and Install:

We offer local pickup or installation at our shop in Sandy, UT. Contact us to arrange a time, and we’ll ensure your order is ready.

Expedited Shipping:

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Delivery times and costs will vary based on your location.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide! International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and additional fees required by their country. Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 10-21 business days for international deliveries, depending on the destination.

Order Processing:

Orders will be processed in the order they are received, based on current stock availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
