Refund policy
We generally do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective. If you believe you have an exceptional case, please reach out to us at support@avataroffroad.com.
If an exception is granted, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can address the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (if accepted), we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
